Remove contains and iter from PyMappingProtocol.
...
The methods are not expected by CPython and are only explicitly
callable. To get iteration support, PyIterProtocol should be
implemented and to get support for `x in mapping`,
PySequenceProtocol's __contains__ should be implemented.
