Icxolu	ee89b2e8e2	deprecate `wrap_pyfunction` with `py` argument (#3954) ... * deprecate `wrap_pyfunction` with `py` argument The Python token in `wrap_pyfunction` is not handled automatically by `WrapPyFunctionArg`, for backwards compatibility.
