docs(systemd): Capabilities had been removed (#5579)

* docs(systemd): `Capabilities` had been removed

The `Capabilities=` unit file setting has been removed and is ignored for
backwards compatibility. `AmbientCapabilities=` and `CapabilityBoundingSet=`
should be used instead.
