Neither the `os.Setenv` nor `t.Setenv` helper are safe to use in parallel tests
because environment variables are process-global. The stdlib panics if you try
to do this. Remove the `ci.Parallel()` call from all tests where we're setting
environment variables.
This removes a cyclical dependency when importing client/structs from
dependencies of the plugin_loader, specifically, drivers. Due to
client/config also depending on the plugin_loader.
It also better reflects the ownership of fingerprint structs, as they
are fairly internal to the fingerprint manager.
* No longer setting Device name in the network interface since we can't
match up the info here with real device names.
* Add attributes for all external IPs if more than one exists.
This reads the following:
* hostname
* instance id
* machine-type
* zone
* internal IP
* external IP (if any)
* tags
* attributes
Atributes are placed under the platform.gce.attr.* hierarchy.
Tags are set up as platform.gce.tag.TagName=true.
