Michael Schurter	35d65c7c7e	Dynamic Node Metadata (#15844) ... Fixes #14617 Dynamic Node Metadata allows Nomad users, and their jobs, to update Node metadata through an API. Currently Node metadata is only reloaded when a Client agent is restarted. Buck Doyle	2998deac50	Convert to angle bracket invocation (#8075) ... This is mostly a direct application of the ember-angle-brackets-codemod. I manually restored newlines in multi-line component invocations, usually preserving file line length except for now-non-positional link-to @route.
