# Consul ACL Auth Method Delete
Command: `consul acl auth-method delete`
The `acl auth-method delete` command deletes an auth method.
## Usage
Usage: `consul acl auth-method delete [options]`

* `-name=<string>` - The Name of the auth method to delete.
