Summary: **Context/Summary:** During prefix scan, prefetched data blocks containing keys not in the same prefix as the `Seek()`'s key will be wasted when `ReadOptions::prefix_same_as_start = true` since they won't be returned to the user. This PR is to exclude those data blocks from being prefetched in a similar manner like trimming according to `ReadOptions::iterate_upper_bound`.
