Summary: Add "rocksdb.live-sst-files-size" DB property which only include files of latest version. Existing "rocksdb.total-sst-files-size" include files from all versions and thus include files that's obsolete but not yet deleted. I'm going to use this new property to cap blob db sst + blob files size.
