Summary: It's hard to get DBIter to directly use InternalIterator::NextAndGetResult() because the code change would be complicated. Instead, use IteratorWrapper, where Next() is already using NextAndGetResult(). Performance number is hard to measure because it is small and ther is variation. I run readseq many times, and there seems to be 1% gain.
