Summary: There are some cases when flachcache file descriptor was already allocated (i.e. fb-MySQL). Then NewFlashcacheAwareEnv returns an error at open() because fd was already assigned. This diff adds another function to instantiate FlashcacheAwareEnv, with pre-allocated fd cachedev_fd.
