Summary: added `ThreadType::BOTTOM_PRIORITY` which is used in the `ThreadStatus` object to indicate the thread is used for bottom-pri compactions. Previously there was a bug where we mislabeled such threads as `ThreadType::LOW_PRIORITY`.
