Summary: This PR adds support for writing a location identifier of the DB host to SST files as a table property. By default, the hostname is used, but can be overridden by the user. There have been some recent corruptions in files written by ```SstFileWriter``` before checksumming, so this property can be used to trace it back to the writing host and checking the host for hardware isues.
