Summary: Introduces a new class for managing write buffer memory across column families. We supplement ColumnFamilyOptions::write_buffer_size with ColumnFamilyOptions::write_buffer, a shared pointer to a WriteBuffer instance that enforces memory limits before flushing out to disk.
