Summary: Some logic only related to IndexBlockIter is separated from BlockIter to IndexBlockIter. This is done by writing an exclusive Seek() and SeekForPrev() for DataBlockIter, and all metadata block iter and tombstone block iter now use data block iter. Dealing with the BinarySeek() sharing problem by passing in the comparator to use.
