Changyu Bi 5620efc794 Remove deprecated option ignore_max_compaction_bytes_for_input (#12323) ... Summary: The option is introduced in https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/issues/10835 to allow disabling the new compaction behavior if it's not safe. The option is enabled by default and there has not been a need to disable it. So it should be safe to remove now.
