Summary: Expanded `all_params` to include all parameters crash test may set. Previously, `atomic_flush` was not included in `all_params` and thus was not visible to `finalize_and_sanitize()`. The consequence was manual crash test runs could provide unsafe combinations of parameters to `db_stress`. For example, running `db_crashtest.py` with `-atomic_flush=0` could cause `db_stress` to run with `-atomic_flush=0 -disable_wal=1`, which is known to produce inconsistencies across column families. While expanding `all_params`, I found we cannot have an entry in it for both `db_stress` and `db_crashtest.py`. So I renamed `enable_tiered_storage` to `test_tiered_storage` for `db_crashtest.py`, which appears more conventional anyways. RocksDB: A Persistent Key-Value Store for Flash and RAM Storage
RocksDB is developed and maintained by Facebook Database Engineering Team. It is built on earlier work on LevelDB by Sanjay Ghemawat (sanjay@google.com) and Jeff Dean (jeff@google.com)
This code is a library that forms the core building block for a fast key-value server, especially suited for storing data on flash drives. It has a Log-Structured-Merge-Database (LSM) design with flexible tradeoffs between Write-Amplification-Factor (WAF), Read-Amplification-Factor (RAF) and Space-Amplification-Factor (SAF). It has multi-threaded compactions, making it especially suitable for storing multiple terabytes of data in a single database.

The public interface is in include/. Callers should not include or
rely on the details of any other header files in this package. Those
internal APIs may be changed without warning.
