Summary: EnvLogger was built to replace PosixLogger that supports multiple Envs. Make FileSystem use EnvLogger by default, remove Posix FS specific implementation and remove PosixLogger code, Some hacky changes are made to make sure iostats are not polluted by logging, in order to pass existing unit tests. Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/pull/10436 Test Plan: Run db_bench and watch info log files.
