Summary: The Customizable class is an extension of the Configurable class and allows instances to be created by a name/ID. Classes that extend customizable can define their Type (e.g. "TableFactory", "Cache") and a method to instantiate them (TableFactory::CreateFromString). Customizable objects can be registered with the ObjectRegistry and created dynamically. Future PRs will make more types of objects extend Customizable.
