Summary: **Summary**: Set defaults for high-pri and low-pri thread pools in regression test script. **Reason for this change**: With #2680 , high-pri and low-pri thread pools get different numbers than before if `num_high_pri_threads` and `num_low_pri_threads` options are not explicitly passed to db_bench in regression test script ... leading to a false-positive regression. **Test Plan**: REMOTE_HOST=udb1671.prn3 TEST_MODE=1 FBSOURCE=~/fbsource ~/fbsource/fbcode/rocks/tools/debug_regression_test.sh viewstate (with very minor changes to the internals). Observe P50 and P99 which showed up as regressions in our graphs. Stats with the commit prior to #2680 , ie. |

RocksDB: A Persistent Key-Value Store for Flash and RAM Storage
RocksDB is developed and maintained by Facebook Database Engineering Team. It is built on earlier work on LevelDB by Sanjay Ghemawat (sanjay@google.com) and Jeff Dean (jeff@google.com)
This code is a library that forms the core building block for a fast key value server, especially suited for storing data on flash drives. It has a Log-Structured-Merge-Database (LSM) design with flexible tradeoffs between Write-Amplification-Factor (WAF), Read-Amplification-Factor (RAF) and Space-Amplification-Factor (SAF). It has multi-threaded compactions, making it specially suitable for storing multiple terabytes of data in a single database.
