Summary:
We haven't been actively mantaining RocksDB LITE recently and the size must have been gone up significantly. We are removing the support.
Most of changes were done through following comments:
unifdef -m -UROCKSDB_LITE `git grep -l ROCKSDB_LITE | egrep '[.](cc|h)'`
by Peter Dillinger. Others changes were manually applied to build scripts, CircleCI manifests, ROCKSDB_LITE is used in an expression and file db_stress_test_base.cc.

Summary:
Right now, when the option migration tool migrates to FIFO compaction, it compacts all the data into one single SST file and move to L0. Although it creates a valid LSM-tree for FIFO, for any data to be deleted for FIFO, the giant file will be deleted, which might make the DB almost empty. There is not good solution for it, because usually we don't have enough information to reconstruct the FIFO LSM-tree. This change changes to a solution that compromises the FIFO condition. We hope the solution is more useable.

Summary:
When dynamically linking two binaries together, different builds of RocksDB from two sources might cause errors. To provide a tool for user to solve the problem, the RocksDB namespace is changed to a flag which can be overridden in build time.

Summary:
Depending on the config, manual compaction (leveled compaction style) does following compactions:
L0->L1
L1->L2
...
Ln-1 -> Ln
Ln -> Ln
The final Ln -> Ln compaction is partly unnecessary as it recompacts all the files that were just generated by the Ln-1 -> Ln. We should avoid recompacting such files. This rule should be applied to Lmax only.

Summary:
When option_change_migration_test decides to go with a full compaction, we don't force a compaction but allow trivial move. This can cause assert failure if the destination is level 0. Fix it by forcing the full compaction to skip trivial move if the destination level is L0.

Summary: OptionChangeMigration() to support FIFO compaction. If the DB before migration is using FIFO compaction, nothing should be done. If the desitnation option is FIFO options, compact to one single L0 file if the source has more than one levels.
