Test the various configurations in parallel in MergeOperatorPinningTest (#5659)
Summary: MergeOperatorPinningTest.Randomized frequently times out under TSAN because it tests ~40 option configurations sequentially in a loop. The patch parallelizes the tests of the various configurations to make the test complete faster.
