feat(plugins): add aliases cheatsheet plugin (#4662)

* add: explore alias quickly with aliases plugin.

* change: add compatibility with python2 & python3.

- add compatibility.
- add termcolor.py.
- remove aliass(search), just use acs.
- detect python.
