# Updating jemalloc

Updating the `jemalloc` version requires generating new `configure` files, which

|
requires `autoconf` to be installed.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
To generate the configuration files, go to the `jemalloc` source directory and
|

|
|
run:
