Add libc++ and MSAN builders to to travis.

This patch adds three new build configurations to the travis CI.

* Clang 3.8 w/ libc++
* Clang 3.8 w/ libc++, UBSAN, ASAN
* Clang 3.8 w/ libc++, MSAN
