bazel build :relnotes
cat ../bazel-bin/distro/relnotes.txt
tar tzf ../bazel-bin/distro/rules_cc-*.tar.gz
  • Create a new release
  • Copy/paste relnotes.txt into the notes. Adjust as needed.
  • Upload the tar.gz file as an artifact.
